  • orders are deapatched from our head office in Moulton, Northamptonshire
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services with free delivery

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

3. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Please visit our eBay store for international shipping

6. Incorrect Address Information

  • Lost parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control.
