How long does delivery take? All items are despatched within 2 business days of payment

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, all items are sent with free delivery

Which countries do you ship to? Currently just the UK, but if you shop through my Ebay store, i offer world wide delivery

Can I track my order? Yes all legs sets are sent with tracked and insured delivery with the exception of mini figures which are sent 2nd class

What courier services do you use? We use mainly Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery, but occasionally will use Evri, Yodel or DPD for larger items

What happens if my parcel is delayed? All sets are sent fully tracked and insured, and tracking information is sent to you to track the progress online.

Do you offer local collection? Yes - please contact us to arrange local collection from Moulton, Northamptonshire, or Milton Keynes

How are your items packaged? All items are bubble wrapped and despatched in an external box to protect the items from being damaged during delivery.

Are your LEGO® products genuine? Yes - all products are authentic Lego sets as you would buy from Lego themselves

Do you sell retired or discontinued LEGO® sets? Yes - a majority of items items are discontinued or retired, however i do sell the occasional item that is still available in high street stores

Are your products brand new and sealed? Yes - all products are new and sealed (unless stated in the description)

Do you sell used or pre-owned sets? very rarely, but yes, these will be advertised as pre-owned or used

How often do you restock items? Stock details are updated and added to weekly

Can I request a specific LEGO® set? Yes, we dont always advertise all of our stock, so if you have any requests, please contact us

Do you sell rare or limited-edition sets? Yes, these can be found within the appropriate category or in our homepage under "Sale Items"

Are your display cases compatible with official LEGO® sets? Yes the display cases will fit 99% of Lego Speed Champions with the exception of the dragster G Wagon and Ford Bronco which are too long / high.

Do your display cases come assembled? The individual cases do not need assembly, and are ready to stack and be used. The multi tier display cases do require slotting together, but do not need any tools and come with assembly instructions.

Are you a licenced Lego Seller? All Lego sets are original & Authentic Lego, but LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this website.

What payment methods do you accept? Payments are handled by Shopify where you can pay using a wide range of payment methods including all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay) and accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, as well as Paypal

Are prices inclusive of VAT? Yes, all prices include VAT and delivery

Do you offer discount codes or promotions? Not currently, but this is something we are looking in to offering in the future.

What is your returns policy?
At ALS Bricks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? We package all our items in bubble wrap and a strong our box for protection - if on the rare occasion your item is not to your expectations then please use the contact us page

Can I return a LEGO® set once opened? Sorry, but once the set has been opened we are unable to accept returns

How do I contact customer support? You can use our "contact us" page on our website

What are your customer service hours? All contact emails will be responded to within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

At ALS Bricks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be unused and in their original condition

-Products must be returned with original packaging

-All parts, accessories, and instructions must be included

-We reserve the right to reduce refunds for items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

-Your order number

-A description of the issue

-Clear photographs of the item and packaging

-We will arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

-Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

-We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

-Any original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect

-Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
